CellockED Phone Pouches use a retractable magnetic pin locking system. When a phone is placed inside, the pouch opening is pinched shut, securing the device inside. To unlock it, a magnetic detacher is required to release the pin and open the pouch.

CellockED Phone Pouches include a two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects or workmanship issues. Warranty exclusions include normal wear and tear, misuse, or abuse of the product.

If you are not completely satisfied with your CellockED Phone Pouch for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days for a full exchange or refund of the product purchase price. A restocking fee will apply in accordance with the original purchase if a refund is processed.
The products are owned by the School once a purchase is made. We do not lease the products or expect our School partners to renew the contract year-to-year.

Grant Funding
House Bill 1481, passed by the 89th Texas Legislature, restricts student use of personal communication devices on school property during the school day. This includes cellphones, smartwatches, tablets, headphones, and earbuds. The bill aims to minimize distractions and improve focus on learning. Students must store these devices away, typically in backpacks, lockers, or locked pouches. Exceptions exist for medical or special education needs, with prior approval.
To support school systems in complying with HB 1481, the Texas Education Agency (TEA) has been allocated $20 million in state grant funding. This funding is intended to help school systems purchase secure storage solutions and implement the infrastructure necessary to enforce the personal communication device ban. Check with your state government to find available grants for funding.
